Returns Policy / Support

  • You have 14 days from your date of purchase to have this item returned for a full refund or replacement. Any items being returned beyond that time require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) you will need to contact us to obtain one. 
Defective Products
  • Please keep in mind that if the product is received defective, the defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item in order to qualify for a replacement or full refund.
  • If 30 days have passed, you have a one-year limited warranty directly with the manufacturer. This covers all internal defects. Any external damage, water damage, or missing parts/accessories will not qualify you for coverage under your warranty.

  • If you have contacted the manufacturer and they have declined your RMA because you are out of warranty, please contact us for further instructions. Thank you.
